Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment confirmation and order verification. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, warehouse schedule, supplier lead time, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or operational circumstances.
Bulk orders, wholesale orders, import/export orders, large-volume packaging orders, or special-order products may require additional preparation time. If additional processing time is required, our team may contact the customer with an estimated timeline.
Orders placed after business hours, during weekends, or on public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Coverage
We provide delivery services within Malaysia, subject to courier coverage and logistics availability. Delivery to remote locations, restricted areas, offshore locations, or areas with limited courier access may require additional time or additional shipping charges.
For international shipments, export orders, or special delivery arrangements, customers should contact us directly for quotation, documentation requirements, customs procedures, and estimated delivery timelines.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on several factors, including delivery location, package weight, package dimensions, product category, order quantity, courier service, and handling requirements. Some packaging products are bulky even if they are lightweight, so shipping cost may be calculated based on volumetric weight rather than actual weight.
Certain products, such as food containers, plastic cups, plates, bowls, films, wraps, and bulk plastic bags, may require careful packing to reduce the risk of crushing, deformation, or damage during delivery. Additional packaging or handling fees may apply for large or fragile orders.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation where applicable.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery timelines are as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia
Estimated delivery is usually within one (1) to five (5) business days after dispatch.
East Malaysia
Estimated delivery is usually within three (3) to ten (10) business days after dispatch.
Remote or Special Delivery Areas
Delivery may take longer depending on courier coverage, accessibility, and local delivery conditions.
Actual delivery time may vary due to courier operations, traffic conditions, weather, public holidays, warehouse schedules, high-volume periods, or unforeseen disruptions.
Shipment Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched. Customers are encouraged to monitor shipment status and contact the courier directly for delivery updates when necessary.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch and may take some time to reflect in the courier system.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including recipient name, contact number, delivery address, postcode, and any relevant delivery instructions. BLUEWAVE PACKAGING SOLUTION SDN. BHD. shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to respond to courier contact attempts, additional redelivery or return charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items During Delivery
Customers should inspect all parcels immediately upon receipt. If the outer packaging appears damaged, customers are encouraged to take photographs before opening the parcel.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Supporting photographs, videos, delivery notes, and order details may be required to assist with investigation.
Delivery Delays
BLUEWAVE PACKAGING SOLUTION SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, adverse weather, natural disasters, accidents, public holidays, customs procedures, government restrictions, traffic conditions, technical failures, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipment inquiries, but final delivery timelines remain subject to courier and logistics provider operations.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery by the courier or logistics provider. Customers are responsible for checking delivered goods promptly and notifying us of any issues within the stated timeframe.
